What is the FCCL?
The First Coast Croquet League (FCCL) is an independent league, created in 2015, with its own guidelines. It was originally composed of 5 teams from various communities playing both social and competitive Golf Croquet events.
Grand Haven joined the league in 2017 and participated in both events. Due to COVID in '20/'21, the FCCL suspended play and lost two of the original teams. The FCCL regrouped in the late 2022, formalized the league and now only holds competitive Golf Croquet events. At this point the league just had Grand Haven and two other teams. For the '25/'26 season, the league added Hammock Dunes. The FCCL presently has teams from Grand Haven, Ponte Vedra Croquet Club, Hammock Dunes and The Plantation at Ponte Vedra.
So far it has been an exciting start for Grand Haven, with wins over both Hammock Dunes and Ponte Vedra Croquet Club.
